Wk 10, D5. Lazy Friday

Sorry there's not a lot to say today. I didn't do the station run this morning. I didn't have a run to do. I over did the calories by about 300 but that's no biggie as I under did them earlier in the week. Tomorrow I have my 3rd 5k run so watch this space....

Exercise  - none recorded but I did mow the lawn ;-)
Food - 1700 calories
Breakfast
50g shreddies with 120g 1% milk
Tea
Lunch
2 boiled eggs
3 ryvitas
80g reduced fat houmous
Apple
Tea
Afternoon
Banana
20g almonds
Tea
Dinner
2 slices whole wheat toast with peanut butter
2 glasses red wine
