Wk 1, D 7

Well we are coming up to the end of the Easter holidays and back to a normal routine after tomorrow. I am looking forward to that because, to be honest, my drinking is way out of hand in particular, because I am on holiday and not working. We have also eaten out a lot more than usual so piling on the calories too. My first weigh in is tomorrow morning, I must admit though, I don't hold out much hope for a loss.
The weather was lovely again today and as hubby was feeling up for a walk we walked fast along the river to the next town for lunch and then walked back again. In all it was 5.26 miles so I feel happy about the exercise. My thighs started to feel tight on the way back and in the last mile my calf felt tight too. I stretched my legs when I got home.

Bottle of Prosecco
