Wk6 D2, burning calories

My run today was far easier than the 20 minutes I had to do on Saturday. I'm not quite sure why runkeeper gets you to suddenly run 20 minutes in the middle then do shorter runs again. I think it may be some kind of psycological boost. If that's it then it certainly worked because I ran my two lots of 5 minutes and one lot of 8 minutes no problem at all today! If you haven't downloaded Getrunning yet then do it today! I am overweight, extremely unfit and very lazy and 6 weeks ago I could barley run for a minute, so to say 18 minutes of running was a piece of cake, well, that's just amazing!!

That's all for today really, The weather was great one minute then raining the next so I am glad I went out in the great part of the day :-) Oh and I burned loads of calories today too!

Station walk, day1 week 6 of getrunning then return walk from the run burned approx 732 calories!
